3. A Prompt and Reliable Repair Team
We take pride in our repairs. Admitted, some leaks can be difficult to locate at first when there are multiple layers. That is why we are sure to document the work we have done by before and after pictures. With documentation the customer is sure that when we go up on their roof we are working diligently to solve their problem. Our repair team also has a direct line to assure that as soon as you call they will be sure to give you a time frame for when they can get to you. Just ask for Kevin, head of our repair team.
4. Business Admin and Support
We know that our contractors and technicians can get very busy and might not be able to answer a phone while on certain roofs so we have set up a support system that is familiar with most of the jobs that we have done in the past, that are currently in progress, or that are coming up in the future. That way if you have a question, they can get you an answer.
5. Being Social and Keeping up with the Times
This past year we have joined the technology era with Facebook, Google+, and many other web based platforms including this Blog. We believe that this is the future of communication and that is where we want to be. It's not unusual for us to get a request for an estimate on Facebook, go to the site to measure, and return the estimate by email in a timely fashion. We love our advances in technology and expect to always be changing with the times.
